Before you go to sleep tonight, tell yourself, tomorrow you will make a change, tomorrow you will take a new leaf.

You can make a difference everyday.

If you write it down in a notebook, your eyes see the words and those words interact differently with your mind than they would do by simply thinking the same words you wrote. So follow  these steps  to make a change.
